The Instructor
SDI / NAUI Instructor
Dan
Dan has been diving since 2022 and has already amassed over 1,000 logged dives across some of the most challenging and rewarding dive sites in the Southeast — from the crystal-clear springs of North Florida to the offshore reefs of Jacksonville, the zero-visibility murk of Venus, the legendary Florida Keys, and the reefs of Southeast Florida.
A wreck diver at heart, Dan brings a tactical precision to every dive he leads. His rapid progression through the certification ranks — from Open Water to Technical diver — reflects an obsessive dedication to mastering the underwater world. He is currently completing his Trimix certification through TDI, pushing into mixed-gas technical diving.
Beyond his own diving, Dan is passionate about bringing new divers into the sport. He specializes in teaching younger students and holds instructor ratings with both SDI and NAUI, certified to teach all the way through Assistant Instructor level. He has also served as Dive Safety Officer with Scubanauts International, a scientific youth diving organization.

Specialty
Every wreck tells a story. Dan's passion for wreck diving goes beyond recreation — it's about connecting with history, solving the puzzle of a ship's layout, and bringing that same sense of discovery to every student he teaches.
